Meet Kelly L. Swan Taylor |
|
| Kelly brings an energetic and fresh approach to our business and intellectual property clients. After studying biology at Syracuse University, Kelly worked with Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories at Whitehall-Robins Pharmaceuticals where she was responsible for building and implementing new SQL*LMS computer system for laboratory usage in quality assurance. Kelly has a wide range of experience in software licensing, trademark development and protection, and copyright issues, including copyright licensing. She is a graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law, where she published in the Student Bar Association Journal, and she has worked in the Rhode Island Attorney General’s office. She has also served as a Class Action Case Specialist with the American Arbitration Association. Kelly is admitted to the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. | ||
