Freya Allen Shoffner

With over two decades of strong leadership directing the success of small business owners that have had a significant impact on the lives of individuals, she provides audiences with informed expertise and compelling facts on issues ranging from a business start-up to advising on the best Estate and Financial Plans to meet your individual and business needs.
Previously adjunct professor of Commercial Law at Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Freya is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and serves as an Alumnae Admissions Representative for the school. She received her J.D. Magna Cum Laude from Suffolk University Law School. Freya is a member of the Phi Delta Phi Fraternity. She is admitted to the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Appeals Court (1st Circuit), the United States Tax Court, and the United States Bankruptcy Court District of Massachusetts.

Taking Care of Our Clients
At Shoffner & Associates, our most important job is to listen to our client and provide an answer. We respond to requests quickly and efficiently to ease our client’s mind. We give our clients reasonable expectations regarding our fees, and we deliver the project within those boundaries.
We update our clients about their situations as soon as we have the information. We return phone calls and email communications as soon as possible. We always return phone calls the same day.
